To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WealthyDesis and our agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, and their respective affiliates, subcontractors, agents, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) exclude and disclaim all liability, and shall not be liable to you, under any circumstances or theory of liability, for any damages or penalties whatsoever (including without limitation direct, general, special, incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive, and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) even if the Released Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Website or Services. This contractual liability cap is independent of — and does not substitute for — the personal-asset protection an LLC would otherwise provide; that is a separate business decision, tracked outside this document.
